Senate President Peter Shumlin – one of the five Democrats running for governor – has scheduled his official campaign kick-off.
Like all gubernatorial candidates, Shumlin had a "soft announcement" months ago. But campaigns these days seem to require the big push with balloons and crowds of supporters.
